Can I subscribe if BrandStack didn't build my website? +
Currently, the Support Plan is only available for websites we’ve designed. If you're interested in having us build your website, let's have a chat!
What kind of updates can I request with my Support Plan? +
Support Plans cover quick updates like text changes, image swaps, color adjustments, and minor copy edits.
What kind of updates are NOT included? +
Larger requests like building new pages, taking new product photos or redesigning entire sections are not included.
However, as a Support Plan subscriber, you'll get 50% off our regular prices for these larger requests.
How quickly are updates completed? +
Most requests are completed within 1-2 business days. If we expect a delay, we'll be sure to let you know ahead of time.
What happens if I have a more complex request? +
We'll take a look at your request and let you know how much it will cost to implement it. Sometimes this is a one-time fee, and other times its based on hourly rates ($200/hour).
If you're currently subscribed to our Support Plan, we'll complete the work for you at a 50% discount!
How do I submit an update request? +
After subscribing, you'll get access to a Notion dashboard where you can submit your requests. This is where you'll also find any and all custom training videos we record for you.
Can I pause or cancel my plan? +
Yes, you can cancel or pause your plan at any time without penalty
